New for contractors: fill out quotes faster and easier.

We have listened to you. A frequently heard comment from our users: "Not all contractors fill in their quotes via Calqi." And rightly so. If the experience for contractors is not smooth and clear, they are quicker to revert to Excel. That is why we have worked extremely hard on a major update over the past few weeks.

✨ New look & feel for contractors

As soon as a contractor opens a quote request, they enter a revamped interface. This is clearer, calmer, and designed with only one goal in mind: filling out quotes quickly and correctly.

🧮 Basic calculation module

Contractors can now easily enter unit prices and immediately see the total sum per item. They also have the option to have the unit price calculated automatically based on material costs and labor hours. This detailed calculation is, of course, only visible to the contractor. As a result, Calqi becomes not only a communication tool but also a handy working instrument for their pricing.

⏳ Clear deadline and status

On the quotation page, contractors now see the deadline prominently displayed. In addition, Calqi shows how many items still need to be completed, so they can plan their work better.

📄 View documents immediately

Specifications and plans no longer need to be downloaded. All attachments can be viewed directly in Calqi. Convenient, fast, and secure.

⌨️ Super-fast keyboard navigation

For those who like to work efficiently: quotes can now be fully completed using only the keyboard. No more clicking or scrolling required.
