Hello, Bonjour! Tendering has become easier again. Discover the latest improvements. We have added a number of features to the app that make its use more efficient and flexible! 

🆕 Create your own articles

The most requested feature in Calqi's history: Easily create new articles in projects. Starting today, it is possible!

Until now, in projects you could only add items that already existed in your specification type or in community specification types. From now on, you can create a new item in a project, even if it does not yet exist in a specification type.

This is a first step. In a future release, we will add an article library to make it easier to manage your new articles and link them to load type books and other projects.

Calqi is now available in French and English, allowing even more users to benefit from our services!

📝 Specification Text Improvements

• From now on, you can add images to specification texts and edit the layout.

• You can add annotations to the images .

• If you use the variables in a specification text, they are adjusted instantly if you change the unit of measurement of the item.

📝 Improvement Measurement Table

We have implemented several improvements to make using the measurement table even smoother, such as the ability toselect or deselect all rows, more user-friendly text selection, and the addition of asticky header and footerfor better navigation with large tables.

💶 VAT Rate Update

Adjust the VAT rate per project with options such as 0%, 6%, 12%, or 21%, so you can always invoice accurately .
