We have redesigned one of the most important parts of Calqi: how you work in your specifications and bill of quantities. Instead of opening windows and editing items one by one, you can now adjust everything directly on the page. Just like working in a document.

The result: faster work, fewer clicks, and a much more intuitive workflow.

Edit your specifications as one continuous document.

Your specifications document is now displayed as a single continuous page.
You can scroll through the document and edit the text directly — no need to open windows or double-click articles anymore.
Simply click where you want to edit and start typing.

This way, you work on large specifications documents much faster and in a way that feels familiar, just like in a word processor.

A new inline text editor

The new editor works with Notion-style inline editing. You can type anywhere in the document and format text directly. When you select text, the formatting options appear automatically so you can easily adjust the style.

You can add elements such as:

• bullet points

• images

• tables

• project variables (address, building type, units, …)

Simply type / to open the menu and insert what you need.

Edit measurements directly on the page

Measurements now follow the same principle. You can adjust values ​​directly in the table, without opening a separate window.

This makes adjusting quantities, formulas, or descriptions much faster.

New filters for more control

You can now filter articles in different project views:

• Bill of Quantities

• Estimate

• Price comparison

Click on Filter to quickly show only the information you need.

You can filter by, for example:

• items with a fixed quantity

• items with missing measurements

• specific types of articles

This way, you can monitor large projects more easily and quickly detect errors.

Search in specifications and bill of quantities

You can now search directly in your specifications and bill of quantities. Simply start typing in the search bar at the top of the page, and Calqi will immediately find the correct items. This helps you quickly navigate through large documents and find specific information.
